Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire villa, including the private pool, spacious terrace, outdoor kitchen & BBQ area, and all living spaces. However, for safety reasons, access to rooms containing pool equipment, pumps, and other machinery is restricted. Enjoy the villa’s tranquility and comfort with complete privacy in all guest areas.
Other things to note
1 – Only registered guests are permitted on the property, including the garden, pool, and all other areas. Outside visitors are not allowed.
2- To ensure compliance with Portuguese law with the declaration of foreigners at the border police SEF, this establishment requires Online Check-in through its own channel, which may ask the tourist for an image of the identity document and/or a photograph. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. In this sense, the necessary measures will be taken to avoid alteration, loss, treatment, or unauthorized access.
3- The pool can be heated an extra cost of 90 euros per night. Please provide at least 3 days’ notice for heating activation. Pool can only be heated for stays longer than 5 nights. To maintain the temperature effectively, the pool must be covered at night.
