The space
Set over three levels of palatial splendour, Vila Pedraza is a breathtaking home away from home.
With its considered and spacious design, Vila Pedraza is fully equipped to provide you with deep comfort and leisure – amongst the charm of authentic Portuguese decor. The truly magnificent outdoor area with poolside terrace & alfresco dining area lets you enjoy Algarve mornings with peace and tranquillity assured.
With 5000 of SQF of indoor/outdoor living space – including outdoor pool, poolside terrace, alfresco dining area, 360 roof terrace, balcony and 5 bedrooms + 4.5 bathrooms (accommodating up to 10 guests). Vila Pedraza offers you the ideal setting to relax and ‘recharge’ or simply to have a great time with family and friends.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
On the ground floor you’ll find two pool side bedrooms. The Principal room opens directly on to the pool side terrace and is outfitted for maximum comfort – featuring an emperor bed with Jensen mattress + additional soft topper for maximum ergo comfortability, twin storage and adjacent large ensuite with walk-in rain shower, bathtub and dual vanity. The second bedroom features twin beds (with option to be turned into a double), ensuite bathroom and its own private entrance. Both rooms also have easy access to the guest WC also featured on GF.
The first floor features two bedrooms, the spacious master is outfitted with another emperor bed, Jensen mattress + soft topper, full storage and massive on-suite bathroom with walk-in glass shower, bathtub and dual vanity. The second is a twin room (with option to be turned into a double) and has direct access to a shared bathroom and balcony overlooking the orange grove.
Passing the luxuriant bedrooms or via the outdoor staircase guests can climb to the private tower/ fifth bedroom on the second floor. With a sumptuous queen size bed and direct access to the 360 degree roof terrace – a revitalising night’s sleep is paired with another fine view of the magnificent backdrop. This space is also perfect as a separate nanny/maid’s quarter, with independent entrance and HD TV & Apple TV.
Note: All bedrooms contain air conditioning units, Aeratron silent ceiling fans, Marshall bluetooth speakers and come with fresh linen and towels. All 4 washrooms also feature electric underfloor heating.
Living Spaces:
The open plan living spaces and floor-to-roof thermal windows that feature throughout provide a flood of natural sunlight. In this bright environment, guests can best experience the sun-oriented rooms, while having full control of the internal temperature via 8 individual Daikon temperature management systems spread across the property.
The ground floor features two lounge areas, offering you unique options for every occasion. Whether you want to enjoy a cosy night around the wood burner, chat with friends over a casual drink, get creative with arts and crafts or head to the entertainment room with the family and immerse yourself into the world of TV & Cinema – complete with giant L sofa, 77in Sony Oled 4k TV, 7.1.2 surround Sony sound bar and 4k Apple TV.
Kitchen & Dining:
Guests have several choices for enjoying dining and relaxing. The beautiful covered terrace area has both comfortable lounge seating and a large dining table area which overlooks the pool and gardens. Inside, the Villa features a large open kitchen dining area with professional Smeg range cooker, 2x large American size fridge freezers, 2x wine fridges, high quality appliances and is fully stocked with all the utensils you’d need to prepare an unforgettable meal. There is also a separate washing/storage room with 2x washer and dryer.
Outside:
The beautiful surrounding gardens, complete with fruit trees and groomed lawns, summon you to take a refreshing break in the glistening pool, harvest fresh fruits and herbs, jump on the built-in trampoline or fire up and enjoy a bite to eat from the stunning BBQ-grill or wood-fire pizza oven. Alternatively pull out a sun bed or lounger and soak up the glorious algarve sun.
If you’re looking for activities, the exterior garage is filled with everything you need to keep you busy – 3x pedal trucks (1 Hybrid, 1 Youth & 1 S), 2x carbon fibre mountain bikes (Sizes L & S), ping pong table & a darts board. There are also multiple camping sets available in the internal storage cupboard on the first floor.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access the whole interior of the villa including all garden areas.

To ensure your stay is both welcoming and assured, Vila Pedraza features a gated entrance, fenced exterior, state of the art remote access 4k surveillance and alarm system, emergency lighting throughout and our on-call Villa management team.
This Villa also has a secure fibre optic network with up to 1gb download and 500mb download speeds with WIFI 5 mesh for complete villa and garden coverage. Each room is also fitted with its own ethernet outlet.
