The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with only 2 floors and intended exclusively for tourist accommodation.
The space
The apartment has been completely renovated.
Designed in an open space style, with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table in communication with the living room.
The entire space has good natural light on two sides, both in the living room and in the bedroom. Between these two rooms there is an elegant and spacious bathroom.
One of the bedrooms has an exclusive bathroom.
Between the bedroom and the bathroom there is an enclosed balcony that can be used to work, relax or simply enjoy a magnificent breakfast.
The second bedroom is an open mezzanine above the living room with two single beds.
NOTE: On the ground floor of the building there is a mini market where you can buy the essentials for a good breakfast or groceries in general.
All rooms have air conditioning, and we have taken great care to insulate the entire building with both triple glazing and soundproofing to minimize city noise.

Due to its characteristics, this apartment is not recommended for very young children.
ADDITIONAL NOTE (For those who do not intend to use a car): The journey from the house to the train and bus station takes about 15 minutes on foot.
Guest access
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building, so access to the apartment is through a common door of the building that then gives access to the two apartments on the first and second floors, both intended for tourist accommodation.
It should be noted that it is not advisable for those with reduced mobility, as access to the apartment is by stairs without an elevator.
