in the last weekAfter researching beach clubs in Albufeira, I came across this establishment in several articles and was excited to visit seeing how Purobeach has various locations in Spain as well. Based on that, I reserved a beachfront day bed expecting it to be located toward the front of the beach as described. Upon arrival, the hostess escorted us to the very back of the beach. I politely asked for clarification regarding my reservation, as it wasn’t what I had expected. Rather than simply explaining the different seating categories, she responded in a very dismissive and condescending manner, speaking down to me as though I had done something wrong by asking a reasonable question. No paying customer deserves to be belittled for seeking clarification, especially after spending over €200 in the short period of time of my stay. Aside from that unfortunate interaction, we had a great experience. The food was delicious, the music created a fantastic atmosphere and although I’ve seen more breathtaking beach views during my travels, it was still a nice setting. Our server was exceptional, humble, attentive and genuinely welcoming. He noticed our disappointment after that hostess interaction and kindly accommodated a move to another area of the beach, which we greatly appreciated. I hope management takes the opportunity to speak with certain staff members about customer service. Treating guests with respect should be the standard, especially when they’re simply asking for clarification. A courteous explanation would have completely changed the interaction and ultimately, this review.

in the last weekI went on 20th july. I spoke to a lovely young lady. Very helpful. Planned to go back next day and 3 of us spend the day. Went in and was told because there was less than 25 beds left it was 30 euros more. Back row only. Girl was extremely rude. We planned to spend 300-400 euros in total. But walked out after 2 minutes. Would not recommend. Terrible attitude and service. Avoid!!

a week agoNice place to spend the day by the beach. It was €25 per person, which included a fruit bowl and water. The place felt safe and we were comfortable leaving our phones and other belongings by the loungers while we went for a swim. The music felt a bit repetitive at first, but after 14:00 the DJ came on and the atmosphere really picked up. The music became more lively and created a great beach club vibe for the rest of the afternoon.
