in the last weekI am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I arrived alone with my baby in a stroller and waited for about 10 minutes at the bottom of the stairs while several staff members looked at me without greeting me or offering me a table. Thinking they might not have seen me, I finally went inside, where I waited another 10 minutes. Again, several servers looked at me, but no one spoke to me, not even to tell me I would have to wait. I ended up leaving, feeling completely ignored. I unfortunately got the impression that a customer alone with a baby was perhaps not of sufficient interest to be taken care of. Of course, I can't know for sure if that was actually the reason, but that's the feeling I left with. A simple "Hello, we'll be there in a few minutes" would have been enough to make the wait understandable. The complete lack of welcome and consideration is truly regrettable.
