in the last weekwe waited 25 minutes just to be seated then they proceeded to leave us waiting just to order drinks for another 20 minutes. then again, when we finally ordered the drinks took ANOTHER 30 minutes to come. i felt extremely cheated. we came on Wednesday so it was karaoke night and the man hosting it had so much personality and made the atmosphere better and slightly took us away from the terrible service. the drinks tasted watered down. the waiter didn’t apologise once for the wait and only said “we’re full so obviously the wait is going to be long” my whole table was taken aback by what was said. while we waited for our drinks to arrive we noticed cocktails and expensive wine was prioritised over serving people and it was extremely unfair. i’m so disappointed. food arrived cold and obviously had been sat waiting for a while. terrible service. don’t come if you’re looking to have a family meal, you’ll be ignored
