The Bedroom and Kitchen are fully equipped with Led TV sets with multiple international Channels.
The Room is fully prepared with all linen, blankets and towels ready for a very confortable stay.
This Bedroom features a nice balcony and a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal for you to prepare your favorite meals.
You will find two nice balconies outside where you will enjoy a nice meal outdoor.
A shared bathroom (with other twin room) is fully equipped with nice shower.
If you love beach and nature, this Apartment is very close to Deserta or Farol Island, so you can walk 15 minutes easily to catch the ferry.
You’re also 15 minutes away walk from Faro Walled Old Town. There you find the biggest and well preserved old towns in the region of Algarve.
Faro Beach one of the biggest sandy beach in Portugal and the most beautiful beaches in Algarve are easily reachable!
Faro Beach is reachable by boat or bus (ride takes 20minutes).
Also, the Apartment is near Ria Formosa Nature Park, where Birdwatching is a popular and highly recommended activity.
There are many different types of birds in the many acres of green fields, scented pine forests and flower-bordered lakes meander down to the beach.
From the apartment you can go for a walk through the old town of Faro. If you feel like going shopping or dining were, there is plenty of options.
Near the Apartment some minutes walk from its building you’ll have access to all the services that you may need: easy access to
transportation, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, post office, banks, rent-car and shopping centers.

*CLEANING*
The cleaning fee that our guests pay is relative to the cleaning of their check-out day, according to Airbnb standards. During the stay, all guests are responsible for keeping the place clean and tidy. If you want extra cleaning or bedsheets, there will be costs involved.
*FRIDGE*
If you are sharing the property, please use the shelves accordingly.
We are not responsible for any disappearances.
*IDENTIFICATION PROCEDURE*
When staying in a hotel guests are used to showing their IDs at check-in.
When you make a reservation in a registered local lodging establishment (any type of accommodation you booked on airbnb, booking or other similar website), your host is required to report your presence and details to the Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF – the governing body that monitors the movement of foreigners) within 3 days of your arrival.

*NEW YEARS EVE DEPOSIT*
For reservations that will be held on December 31st at our properties and due to this specific period, an extra deposit will be charged for security reasons. The value will be € 150, in order to guarantee your reservation. This amount will be refunded after a careful analysis of the condition of the property after your stay. If everything is in perfect condition, this amount will be refunded. Otherwise, the damages will be calculated and charged.
