The large terrace next to the living room with its electric sunblind and private pool is a great place to socialize and has a barbecue, a table, 6 chairs, and sun lounges.
On the first floor, one bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom and access to the balcony.
The second bedroom with twin beds and an en suite bathroom and access to the balcony.
Inside the property, there is a private closed & large garage space to park a car.

To ensure a serene environment, we comply with Portuguese regulations regarding noise disturbances between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. For your convenience, we’ve installed a sound monitoring device to measure noise levels, especially after 10:00 pm. If noise exceeds acceptable levels, we’ll kindly request reduced noise through a friendly phone call.
Your safety is paramount to us! Rest assured, we have security cameras installed in key areas like the main entrance, exterior, and garage. These cameras operate during your stay to safeguard you and enhance your comfort.
