Spacious villa located in Vilamoura.
This Villa has 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms in total.
Accommodates 16 people in the rooms, with the possibility of accommodating up to 20 people, adding 4 extra beds (on request).
We have a portable crib and baby high chair (on request, no extra cost).
You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, two large dining tables and a living room with direct access to the garden.
All bedrooms and living rooms have air conditioning (which work for cold and hot) and the living room has a fireplace.
Outside there is a charcoal barbecue, the garden has a large grass area and the pool is heated (extra cost, €45/day).
We have a charger for electric cars “Wallbox”, where the cost varies according to use.
The gym is equipped with a multifunction machine and free weights.
The villa is located within walking distance of golf courses, tennis courts, horse riding, sailing, deep sea fishing, water sports, cycling, football and mini golf.
The Vilamoura Marina is a 10-minute walking and the nearest beach is located 2 km away. The closest beaches are Praia da Marina and Praia da Falésia.
Ground floor: kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 bedrooms with single beds. 4 bathrooms.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed and 2 bedrooms with single beds. All with balcony. 4 bathrooms.

Other things to note
POOL HEATING
Pool heating is optional and available upon request. An additional fee of €60/day will be charged for using the heating system.
The pool heating fee will apply from the moment the system is turned on. Please let us know in advance if you wish to use the heating so that we can prepare the pool accordingly.
Note: the effectiveness of the heating system depends on atmospheric conditions.
TRANSFER
Airport Transfer Service: Car for up to 4 people: 40€, Car for 5 to 8 people: 55€.
