The space
Ground floor accommodation
Spacious lounge & dining room with a large comfortable L shaped sofa, Plasma TV where you can sign-in to your own Netflix or Amazon accounts or watch one of the many international channels provided.
The large dining table has seating for 12 people. Patio doors open out to the pool and garden area.
Second living room, with two comfortable sofas, feature wood burning fireplace a TV, DVD player, games consoles and a football table.
Fully fitted kitchen, with a large fridge freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, expresso coffee machine and blender, along with all the usual small kitchen appliances.
A separate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and a second fridge.
A guest cloak room.
Bedroom 6 is a twin or king size room with a window to the front, overlooking the pool.
Bedroom 5 is a twin or king size room with en suite shower room and a window overlooking the pool and garden.
Bedroom 4 is a twin or king size room with en suite shower room and a window overlooking the garden.
First floor accommodation
Master bedroom with twin or king size bed, en suite bathroom with large Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. Patio doors open onto a terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
Bedroom 2 is a twin or king size room with en suite bathroom and patio doors opening out to a nice terrace with views of the hills behind the property.
Bedroom 3 is a twin or king size room with en suite bathroom and patio doors opening onto a terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
Separate Annex
Bedrooms 7 & 8 are located in this separate building at the back of the property accessed via a courtyard from the second living room. These rooms have independent entrances.
Both rooms have en suite shower rooms, one is set up with twin or king size beds, one is set up with a double bed, both rooms have the addition of sofas.

Outside of these dates a weekly supplement applies.
The pool is surrounded by paved terraces providing lots of space for the plentiful garden furniture provided.
Gently sloping lawns provide a great area for children to play and the landscaped gardens with mature trees provide shade and privacy.
A brick-built charcoal barbeque with seating area is tucked around the side of the property next to the kitchen and the small orchard of fruit trees.
Plenty of parking is provided on the long driveway with a shaded car port to keep vehicles cool.
Other things to note
In November 2024, the council of Loule will be commencing with the collection of a tourist tax that is to be paid by all visitors, aged 16 years and older, staying in paid tourist accommodation within the district.
The tax of 1-2 Euros per person, will be applied for a maximum of 5 nights.
Low Season – between November 1st and March 31st – 1€ per night.
High Season – between April 1st and October 31st – 2€ per night.
This payment is to be made to us, your accommodation provider, and we then send it to the local council.
