We precise that parties are totally forbidden especially on the Terrace to take the peace and quiet of the neighbours.
The space
Composed of two air-conditioned bedrooms, each has it’s own bathroom (one with shower and the other with shower/bathtub). The second bedroom has full access to the terrace. (Amenities provided)
The very functional kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, nespresso, rice cooker, etc.) and basic products will be available.
Cozy living room with UHD Smart TV, international channels, Wifi and office area.
A convivial dining room and the summer lounge will allow you to have a drink at the end of the day with as a spectacle, the sunset’s light on the old town.
Large terrace with panoramic ocean view, BBC, outdoor kitchen, garden furniture, deckchairs, outdoor shower, parasol, pergola, and large table to have lunch with friends in front of the sea.
You will also have access to the large swimming pool of the building located just outside the apartment and it’s bar where you can take a refreshing drink. (open during middle of may until october)
Other things to note
For any request for additional cleaning during your stay, please let us know before your arrival at the property.
This service will be charged at €50 per cleaning session, plus €50 for laundry service if you wish to have all the linens changed.
**Please note that some renovation works are taking place within the condominium throughout 2025, and occasional noise may occur without prior notice to us. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
