You’ll be greeted by breath taking views all the way to the sea from every angle. Whether you’re taking a dip in the pool, strolling through the gardens, or sipping a glass of wine at the end of a relaxing day, you’ll be treated to a panorama that will take your breath away.
The space
Discover the charm and character of our beautiful villa, converted and extended from an old farm house. With a contemporary feel throughout, the villa features a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom complete with a jacuzzi, and a separate seating area. Two additional en-suite bedrooms boast stylish bathrooms, while a double living room and large kitchen/living area offer ample indoor space to relax and unwind.
French doors throughout the villa lead to 200 m2 of porches, perfect for outdoor living and dining. Amenities include ceiling electric fans and central heating in all rooms throughout the house, and three fireplaces. The swimming pool area offers comfortable sun loungers and parasols, as well as an al fresco dining area, wooden table football, ping-pong table, a big trampoline, wooden swings, and even a tree-house – ideal for families with kids of all ages.
COVID-19 Information:
The “Clean & Safe” stamp of approval granted to Quinta do Luar certifies that the villa complies with the hygiene requirements and cleaning measures to ensure the safety of its guests, in accordance with the recommendations of the DGS – Directorate-General for Health and the Portuguese National Tourist Authority.
Our house is both work- and family-friendly providing a comfortable workspace, wi-fi access and plenty of space for children to run around and enjoy all the villa’s outdoor amenities.
We are taking all the necessary measures to avoid risks, following AirBnB’s new cleaning guidelines based on recommendations from the CDC and taking extra care in disinfection. We offer self check-in to support social distancing and the villa has a private entrance and a 25 000 m2 land surrounding it perfect for avoiding person-to-person contact. Furthermore, if guests wish, we can also provide extra towels and bed linen to avoid the maintenance team going there during their stay.

Other things to note
Please note: A municipal tourist tax applies in Loulé.
It’s €1 per person (16+) from November 1 to March 31 and €2 per person (16+) from April 1 to October 31, for up to 5 nights.
The tax will be collected at check-in via AirBnB payment request as required by local regulations.
