The space
On entering the villa you will be greeted by a bright sun-filled entrance with a fully equipped kitchen to your left. This spacious kitchen provides functionality and comfort with everything you need for a stress free holiday. There is a large fridge freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave, as well as a practical breakfast nook for a quick morning coffee or snack. Here you will also find a seperate laundry room with a washing machine and iron. Opposite the kitchen is a practical service bathroom. Ajacent to this service bathroom is a corridor leading to three spacious bedrooms, one of which is en-suite with a jetted hottub. There is also a second full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. As you continue through the entrance you will enter a spacious, open plan living and dining area where the beautiful arched windows bringing in tons of natural light and views to the private garden and swimming pool. The lounge has a large confortable couch and has air-conditioning as well as a ceiling fan for your comfort. The indoor garden with glass ceiling provides more beautiful natural light as well as a unique focal point and a connection with nature.
There is a back terrace leading out from the dining/lounge area with a barbecue that over-looks the pool as well as the golf course that has direct access from the property. This unique property provides the ideal location for total relaxation while still being close to all essential amenities. The exclusive access to the golf course, directly from the back garden also make this holiday home a true luxury for nature and sports lovers. it is the ideal place for both families and groups of friends to enjoy a memorable holiday in the Algarve.

You will have access to the whole Villa and its private garden and pool.
Other things to note
Since 2015 Portugal has more strictly enforced a long-standing law requiring anyone providing paid holiday accommodation to record the entry, exit, and identification details of all non-Portuguese nationals who use that accommodation. This law has been brought into force in Portugal and most other EU countries at some point since the gradual implementation of the 1990 Schengen Agreement that aims to stop human trafficking and other illegal practices. In this case, it is specifically Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement and the recent Alojamento Local law in Portugal that has brought this rule into sharper focus.
The governing body that monitors the movement of foreigners is SEF (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras or the Immigration and Borders Service)
Therefore, upon reservation we will require passport details for each member of your party. If you would prefer, please forward a copy of each guest’s passport which will contain this information. These details will be verified during the check-in procedure.
As of November 1st 2024, Loulé Council has implemented a new “tourist tax” in the municipality.
This fee is €2.00 (two euros) per person per night from April 1st to October 31st and €1.00 (one euro) per person per night between the 1st of November and 31st of March up to a maximum of 5 (five) consecutive nights. Guests under the age of 16 (sixteen) are exempt.
This tax will be collected during your check-in presentation.
