With 5 spacious bedrooms, this elegant villa comfortably accommodates families:
– On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds).
– On the ground floor, there are 2 more bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds).
All rooms have a private bathroom, television and air conditioning.
The terrace on the first floor is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun or enjoying a stunning sunset in peace.
On the ground floor, there is also an additional bathroom, a living room equipped with a fun Pac-Man game, a cozy dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, DULCE GUSTO coffee machine, ready for your culinary creations.
Outside, the space is completely private and fenced, ideal for families with children. Here you will find:

Guest access
2 days before your arrival you will receive a notification with a link to CHECK IN ONLINE – after CHECKING IN ONLINE you will receive all the information on how to get to the place and the access codes to the keys (which are inside a key safe)
Other things to note
– Only groups with 25 year or more will be accepted for the check in;
– Children with parents are welcome;
– No parties allowed.
Information that will be requested from all visitors for a tourist tax 3 days before their stay, in accordance with local Albufeira regulations and filling out the SEF (the SEF is only for those who live outside the country)
Details are as follows
Fee application period: From April 1st to October 31st
Guests under 12 years of age: Exempt from the fee (0€).
Guests aged 13 or over: €2/guest/night.
Maximum number of nights charged: 7 consecutive nights.
Payment is accepted online for taxes only and a link will be sent 3 days prior to your arrival.
Only after payment confirmation will check-in details with location information and access codes be sent to guests.
This amount is extra and is not included in the price of your stay.
