The astonishing sight of the UNESCO protected Ria Formosa, welcomes those who come to this villa. Consciously designed to frame its natural settings, it is not just a place to stay. We want people to step out of their daily lives and experience a journey of serenity and wellbeing.
The space
Designed in the 1980’s by a Luso-Brazilian architect, the four-bedroom villa was fully renovated in 2021. With its post-modern architecture and glass facade, each room has direct access to the garden, overlooking the villa and the ocean. The comfortable bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and each has a private bathroom, three of them en-suites. With panoramic views, the meticulously decorated living room and modern kitchen are ideal for pleasant evenings with family and friends.
Stretching to the Ria Formosa, the private garden includes a sheltered al fresco dining area and a private swimming pool with breathtaking sights.

Other things to note
If guests wish to have breakfast, it is available upon request at an additional cost of €25 per person, and it must be booked in advance.
The pool at Casa da Ria is currently undergoing renovation and will soon include pool heating. The heating will be included in the rental price all year round.
Guest Eligibility & Conduct
• We can only accept bookings from guests aged 24 or older.
• Casa da Ria is for up to 8 guests. Only those listed in the booking are allowed to stay overnight.
• External visitors, including family, must be approved in writing beforehand. If approved, a 30% nightly surcharge will apply, based on the agreed rate. Additional services required may incur a €500 charge.
• Events, parties, and third-party rentals are not permitted. Commercial activities, such as photo or video shoots, are not allowed without our written permission.
• Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. Violations will result in the end of your stay and loss of any payments made.
• We ask that you respect the peaceful character of the area by observing quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Candles are not allowed inside the house.
Using the House with Care
• Casa da Ria is a private holiday home, and we ask that it be used with care and consideration.
• Please do not move furniture between rooms.
• Towels provided for indoor use should not be taken to the beach.
• When leaving the house, please close all windows and doors and switch off lights, air conditioning, and appliances.
• Any damage or issue should be reported to us within 24 hours of its occurrence.
• We may occasionally need access to the house or garden for maintenance. This will always be arranged with notice
Optional & Extended Services
• Daily breakfast: €25 per person/day (advance request required; paid locally)
• Longer stays may benefit from a reduced rate (excluding high season; maximum 20% discount)
• Our concierge team is available to help with restaurant recommendations, in-villa services, and bespoke experiences.
Liability
• We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your personal belongings.
• We are not liable for service interruptions (electricity, water, internet, etc.) or the temporary malfunction of appliances
Parking
• The property has space for up to four vehicles. Please ensure access to neighboring properties is never blocked.
