Casa Tin Tin is a spacious villa with a swimming pool, located in the middle of nature, which invites you to enjoy excellent moments of pure relaxation and tranquility.

The space
Casa Tin Tin with swimming pool consists of five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one with shower and sink and also a guest toilet and kitchen, heated floor, fireplace, house with capacity for 12.
There is also the Tin Tin Guest House on the lower floor with a private entrance consisting of a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen with capacity for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children).
Fully equipped houses, with air conditioning, outdoor barbecue, has a very large open space outdoor social area where you can enjoy appetizing meals combined with the contemplation of the wonderful sea view.
In total, this magnificent villa can accommodate up to 16 people (ideal for 14 adults plus 2 children).

HEATED POOL
Guests will have the option of a heated pool for an additional fee of 35 euros per day, which must be requested with the reservation.
MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX
Applicable to persons over 16 years of age:
• €1.00 per night and per person, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights/person, from November to April.
• €2.00 per night and per person, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights/person, from May to October.
The above amounts must be paid by bank transfer to simplify (check-ins and currency exchange) before check-in.

DEPOSIT
A security deposit/guarantee is required for any damage guests may cause during their stay.
The amount of this deposit is €750.00, which must be paid by bank transfer up to 7 days before the check-in date. If there is no damage, it will be refunded up to 7 days after check-out by bank transfer.

CHECK-IN
Check-in from 4 p.m.
– Check-in after 8:00 p.m. will incur an extra cost:
– Check-in between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. costs €30
– Check-in after 10 p.m. costs €50
