This villa is located with sea and beach views on the 5 star resort of Vale do Lobo, sleeping 6 people with 3 terraces to follow the sun around and just relax listening to the ocean waves. There is a large swim spa ideal for just cooling off. Just a few minutes walk to 7 restaurants at the famous praça, you will enjoy live music during the months of June to Sept.
The space
There is a private drive for parking 3 cars, the front door leads to an entrance hall with a courtyard to the left accessed through sliding doors. Further down the hallway there is a ground floor twin bedroom with ensuite shower. down just a few steps there is a sperarte WC to the right and the utility on the left. The utility is equipped with a sink, washing machine and drier where the vacuum, iron, iron board and other items are stored. The rest of the ground floor is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, stone dining room table with 6 chairs, more units and an extra small fridge. This area has a lovely glass roof for extra light. Down a few more steps leads to the living area, with a wall mounted TV and wood burner fireplace. There is a small round table and two more dining chairs. Sliding patio doors gives access to the terrace exterior dining area, swim spa and small garden. There is a key code gate giving convenient access to the beach and praça. There is an external staircase leading to an upper terrace with amazing sea views.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms both ensuite, one has a bath and a shower, the other a large shower. Both bedrooms have access to their own private terraces with sea views. There is outdoor seating and a parasol. The house has 4 sunbeds.

Other things to note
Please note additional charges to use the communal swimming pools, for the tennis centre pool it is 12 euros per person per day. The praca pool it is 36 euros per person per day. Golf, tennis, spa all at additional charges. Guests can purchase a discount card for discounts on facilities.
We leave toilet roll, bin bag and other consumables for your arrival only, as this is self catering please provide your own after ours have been used.
If you require any cleaning during your stay other than a weekly and mid week the charge is 20 euros per hour and must be booked in advance of your stay during summer months.
There is a new law that states that guests need to pay a Tourist Tax starting from November 2024.
Low Season is 1 euro per person per night and the maximum of nights to pay is 5 nights.
High season is 2 euros per person per night and the maximum of nights is also 5 nights.
