The sun-filled villa is tastefully decorated, boasting the perfect combination of ultra-modern and traditional Portuguese design.
The large sliding glass doors in the living room open onto an ample patio with large pool, sunbeds, barbeque, plenty of shaded areas and a panoramic seaview that never grows old. On the roof terrace there is another outdoor lounge area, complete with an Infrared sauna.
The space
Located 700 metres from the beach in Praia da Luz (under 15 minute’s walk), this totally private villa is unique due to its panoramic sea views and very quiet, peaceful position on the hillside, with no other properties directly visible. This makes the villa a very private and secluded place where you can fully relax, surrounded by nature and the beautiful garden.
The villa is more than just a holiday house: it is a home with extraordinary attention to detail.
Each bedroom has its own sea view. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Two bedrooms share a bathroom and there is a 4th bathroom upstairs, next to the kitchen and living area.
The tastefully decorated living room and fully equipped kitchen are on the first floor, to make the most of the gorgeous sea view and the living room has direct access to the large terrace with pool, gas barbeque, 8 sunbeds and a covered outdoor dining area.
There is also a roof terrace with an outdoor lounge area. This is the best place to sit and watch the sunset. Behind the outdoor lounge area, overlooking the sea from the highest point, there is a glass-front Infrared sauna, where you can sit, relax and soak up the view over the ocean, while listening to your favourite music on the sauna’s very own Bluetooth speakers.
One of the bedrooms boasts an office desk and comfy chair for any quiet computer work you may need to do. Another bedroom has its own TV, complete with international channels.
There is covered parking for one or two cars and also another private parking spot for 2 cars by the front gate.

In front of the villa is a large, totally private, 24 x 13 metre lawn, where it is possible to play football, boules or croquet.
It is possible to book extra services such as private transfers to and from the airport or home massage/spa treatments, etc.
Guest access
Guests can access the whole villa and garden.
There are no shared spaces with others.
There is a locked garage on the grounds which is the only part of the property that guests cannot access as it is used for storage only.
