VILA AZUL (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms):
– 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor (one with two single beds and one with a queen bed, en-suite and balcony). Third bedroom on the lower ground floor, with a queen bed and private bathroom.
– Max occupancy – 7 guests, including children and infants.
VILA VERDE (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms):
– 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms on the first floor (two with a queen bed, and one with two single beds). Fourth bedroom on the lower ground floor, with a queen bed and private bathroom.
– Max occupancy – 9 guests, including children and infants.
KEY FEATURES BOTH VILAS:
– 7 bedrooms total with 9 beds: 5 queen sized beds + 4 single beds.
– Two cribs and 4 inflatable extra single beds available on request.

Other things to note
• Safety & Security:
Portugal is very safe, but your peace of mind is our priority. Both vilas are protected by an alarm system with indoor motion sensors and window sensors. There are five outdoor cameras monitoring the side entrances and garage areas. It’s required to arm the alarms at night and whenever leaving the properties.
• Sustainability:
To save energy and follow sustainability principles, the air conditioning automatically switches off when windows are left open.
• Nature & Surroundings:
The properties are surrounded by amazing greenery, so you may occasionally see animals/insects, and they may make their way into the villa at times. Our gardener may visit during your stay to maintain the garden and will do his best not to disturb you. If pesticides are in use, warning signs will be displayed throughout the villa complex.
• Guest Identification:
In compliance with government regulations, identification documents for all guests must be provided before check-in.
• City Tax:
A mandatory city tax applies of 2€ per person per night (April–October) or 1€ per person per night (November–March). This is charged separately.
