2 months agoAbsolutely Amazing Boat Tour in Faro I had an absolutely amazing boat tour experience with Formosamar in Faro. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Roxanne, who booked us onto the tour, was incredibly informative and kind. She went through everything with us clearly, answered all of our questions, and provided very, very good customer service. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Once on the boat, our driver and guide, Joao, was absolutely amazing. He explained everything in great detail and shared so much interesting information — you could really tell he has a true love for the water and a lot of respect for the wildlife. He was especially caring about the animals and taught us fascinating facts about the Faro crabs, which I found really interesting. We also had a stopover at a couple of islands, which was very relaxed and enjoyable. The walk was peaceful and well paced. Even though the weather was still a bit cold, the boat ride itself was incredible. The boat was clean, the chairs were very comfortable, and everything felt well organised. On top of all that, Joao had great banter — cracking jokes, having laughs with us, and creating a really fun, friendly atmosphere. Everything ran on time, the service was excellent, and honestly, I have no complaints at all. If you’re looking to do a boat tour anywhere, I would 100% recommend Formosamar. An unforgettable experience from start to finish.

2 weeks agoBeautiful few hours spent exploring the islands with a lovely guide, knowledgable and witty and made it very relaxing and enjoyable even with an 8 month old!! Even managed to sneak in a refreshing swim!
