All rooms in the townhouse are equipped with incredibly quiet fans to keep you cool on those warm summer evenings and wall and oil heaters to warm you up on cool winter nights.
GROUND FLOOR LEVEL
KITCHENETTE/DINING/LIVING ROOM
The perfect space for entertaining! This relaxed room incorporates a comfortable living space, kitchen and dining area. Whilst the kitchenette may be small, it is fully equipped and has everything you will need to prepare a tasty meal.
BATHROOM
The newly renovated bathroom is located on the ground floor of the property off the main living space. With a luxurious waterfall shower and a heated towel rack guests will feel pampered after a long day at the beach. The bathroom also has a brand-new washing machine and a dehumidifier with a laundry setting, giving you the opportunity to easily dry your clothes.
SECOND FLOOR LEVEL
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor of the townhouse.
BEDROOM 1
The first bedroom benefits from a double bed, equipped with a memory foam mattress topper for optimal comfort. The room also includes a comfortable chair, cupboard space along with a full length mirror. The Juliette balcony and the window look out onto the quiet, cobbled street below.
BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom benefits from two single beds, both equipped with a memory foam mattress topper for optimal comfort. The bases can be linked together to keep the mattresses close and create a double bed or can moved apart to make two single beds. The room also includes cupboard space and a full-length mirror. The window looks out onto the quiet, cobbled street below.
WINTER LONG STAYS (28 nights or more)
ELECTRICITY IS INCLUDED in the long term winter rental rate, however, as always we ask for guests to be responsible and to turn off the heaters when they leave the property. Once turned on, the heaters warm up the property very quickly and so it isn’t essential for them to be left on to keep the place warm.
A cleaning service is provided every second week during which bed linen/covers and towels will be refreshed.
ALGARVIAN WINTERS
As lovely as the weather can be here, we feel that it is important to note that it can get quite chilly during the winter months. Unfortunately, most of buildings in the Algarve are not built for the colder winter weather. As a result, homes are often somewhat on the cold side. Our home is fully double glazed, equipped with two types of heating units in each room, dehumidifiers on both level of the property and blankets. This is usually enough to keep the property warm, however we advise that you bring your cozy clothing and perhaps some thick socks/slippers.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the property. A large, free of charge parking area is located only 160m away.
Other things to note
The property is professionally cleaned and sanitised between each booking.
For stays exceeding 10 nights, a weekly cleaning service can be provided upon request, during which towels and bed linen will be refreshed.
For heavily discounted stays of 28 nights or more, this cleaning service is offered every two weeks.
