One of the Lagoa coast’s sea-only coves, Malhada do Baraço is a strip of sand beneath sheer sandstone cliffs near Benagil that is, for practical purposes, reached by water. Kayaks, SUPs and small boats working the cave coast between Carvoeiro and Marinha pass this way; arriving under your own paddle is the realistic plan, and there is no serviced land route to describe.
Treat it as the wilder cousin of the famous coves nearby: no facilities, no supervision, and soft, actively eroding cliffs. Stay well clear of the rock face, and keep an eye on sea state and tide, because what the water gives it can take back.
