in the last weekJust returned from a weeks’ stay. Clean, modern, and peaceful, hotel. Front desk staff are super friendly and the cleaning team have great attention to detail and are very efficient. You get a welcome drink on arrival which was a nice touch. I was 6 months pregnant and they accommodated a lovely room for us close to the lifts. The breakfast had good variety and could be eaten in the calming gardens or indoors. We didn’t do the dinner option, so can’t comment. Plenty of sun beds around the pool and gardens. The gardens are lovely - well manicured, soothing, and quiet. The hotel has lots of chill out areas if you want to sit and relax. There are some shops and a strip of restaurants within 5-7 mins walk. It’s worth knowing the hotel has a shuttle bus which goes to Falésia Beach. There is also a shuttle bus going to Loulé, Villamoura and Albufeira Old Town, for a charge. However we had hired a car and didn’t use the service. The hotel has plenty of parking if you rent a car. Thank you for a relaxing and memorable stay before the arrival of our baby!

in the last weekI just called to book my son, and I, a room he's 10, they said no one is allowed at the hotel under the age of 16. Completely illegal in Portugal. By explicitly stating a blanket ban on anyone under 16, the hotel's response directly violates Portuguese tourist accommodation law. While establishments can legally market a "quiet atmosphere," Portuguese economic and consumer safety authorities have historically issued administrative fines (processos de contra-ordenação) to hotels that explicitly refuse service based on age.

in the last weekPleasant hotel. The crew at the reception is very nice and helpfull. The pool and surroundings are nice and the room was clean, spacious and everything we’d need. The shower was very nice and the provided bath products are good quality. The breakfast had everything we wanted. The bar and pool-side restaurant are very basic. The menu does not have a lot of options. They had bbq lunch once a week which was a nice touch. The employees at the bar were a bit clueless and quite slow to be honest. Our lunch once took 1.5 hour to arrive due to a mixup(?). The surroundings are nothing spectacular, but for winding down they were perfect. They mention a spa online. But that only consist of some treatments and an indoor pool. There is a picture of a sauna online…. But that does not exist. Also a speakeasy us mentioned, but thats not much more than some extra inside seats next to the ordinary bar. Room for improvement, but overall a great experience!
