3 weeks agoWe visited Margem today. There were TWO customers in the terrace. We were the other two! Having waited for 10 minutes for somebody to come and ask what would we like to have. No one of the personnel never bothered! So we concluded they were too busy! Four customers was too much!!!

2 months agoNot so great. Had lunch here, a salad, a tuna toast and some French fries. Quality was such that we won’t go back here again. That’s a pity, because the setting outside is quite OK and the staff were friendly.

2 months agoUma experiência muito desagradável!!! Fomos jantar algo leve, 2 crianças e 5 adultos. Fizemos o pedido: hambúrguer no pão mais batatas fritas e 2 doses de peito de frango. Passados cerca de 30 minutos chegaram os hambúrgueres... Por curiosidade abri o pão para ver o aspeto interior que se revelou muito interessante: 1 folha de alface e 1 rodela de tomate... Carne, não havia... Reclamei, foram fazer de novo, desta vez já com o dito hamburguer... As batatas fritas demoraram mais 30 min. a chegar... Já tínhamos terminado os hambúrgueres... Entretanto chegou 1 das 2 doses de peito de frango, alertamos para o facto de ainda faltar 1 "não está esquecida, trazemos já..." foi a resposta obtida. Terminamos e pedimos a conta... Continuamos a aguardar o peito de frango (quem o tinha pedido ficou sem jantar...) Pagamos e quando nos dirigíamos para a saída chegou a funcionária a informar que a dose de peito de frango ia sair nesse momento... Uma hora e alguns minutos depois de ter sido solicitada e de todos já terem terminado o jantar... Situações destas são inaceitáveis! Sobretudo num dia calmo e tranquilo, em que só estávamos nós a jantar e 3 ou 4 pessoas na esplanada a beber algo... Este é um restaurante que deveria primar pela qualidade mas que afinal se manifestou horrível! Não aconselho!!!

Os pratos de carne são deliciosos e bem apresentados, o ambiente é descontraído e o atendimento simpático. Sem atrasos no serviço, é uma experiência incrível. Altamente recomendado para quem quer comer bem com uma vista brutal.
