2 months ago[ ] A very welcoming and warm place. Very friendly owners. The food is excellent, fresh produce and homemade. But above all, you'll discover a very original decor with unusual objects that speak to you, some of which are for sale. A guaranteed "madeleine de Proust" effect! For my part, my eye was caught by an old radio from the 1950s. As a child, I collected them, trying to bring them back to life even though I had no technical knowledge, but since then... Anyway, I finally bought this radio and restored its 75-year-old electronic components! It's still in its original condition, of course, but abracadabra, it works again like new! A lovely memory of Chez Henriette, so THANK YOU 🥰. P.S. This has inspired me to restore my own collection

2 months agoSoup of the day: Aperol! Just look at the size of that glass next to the water bottle for scale. This is a really nice, French-inspired 🇫🇷 restaurant with plenty of outdoor seating. The service is very friendly, and the staff is happy to assist you in French, English, or Portuguese. The menu changes regularly, almost daily, offering a nice variety of different starters and main courses. The food is tasty, and for a place located in a touristy area, the prices are very reasonable. It is definitely worth a visit! A quick tip: they post their new menu on their Facebook page every day, so you can easily check what they are serving before you decide to go.
