The space
The main house has 3 double bedrooms en suite on the same level as the living room, dining room and kitchen (i.e. sleeps 6)
At the pool level, there is a studio consisting of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed (1 adult or 2 children), small kitchen and bathroom (i.e. sleeps 3 to 4)
With family or friends, everyone has their own personal and private space.
Guest access
Guests will have access to all areas of the accommodation: living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, studio, pool, outdoor parking for 3 cars, except the garage.
Other things to note
Shops, markets and supermarkets are 4 km away in Santa Barbara de Nexe, 5 km in São Bras de Alportel, 8 km in Loulé and 15 km in Faro.
The house is 15 km from Faro, the airport, golf courses and the first beaches.
Electricity is the responsibility of the tenant in winter from 11/01 to 03/31. We read the meter upon arrival and then upon departure. The current cost of KW in Portugal is 0.25 Euros. Payment is made in cash
your departure.
The Portuguese authorities are asking us to register your presence on Portuguese territory. Upon arrival, we will ask for one piece of ID per person that we will forward to the SEF (Foreigners at the Border Service)
We provide you with a few dishwasher tablets and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for your arrival. For your stay you will need to buy the necessary items you will need (toilet paper, dishwasher tablet and basic ingredients: salt, pepper, oil, etc.)
