The large 411m2 villa was furnished, equipped and decorated with the aim of providing comfort, luxury, relaxation and rest to guests. The furniture was specially designed for this beautiful villa.
The space
The contemporary architecture, the huge double-glazed windows and the open space style kitchen, offer luminosity and the perfect connection with nature and the surrounding garden.
Facing east and west, where guests can sunbathe in their private garden all day, with space for an Al fresco drink on their private terrace and in complete privacy.
The rooftop terrace allows guests a perfect connection with the stars as it is equipped with outdoor furniture.
The landscaped garden, its jacuzzi, a swimming pool and a waterfall that gives it the name, complete this glamorous villa. With the safety of guests in mind, the villa is equipped with an alarm system inside and in the garden.
The entrance hall gives access to the grandiose closed access corridor to the bedrooms, on the left we have the living/dining room.
The living room with the open space kitchen was designed to provide guests with moments of conviviality. It consists of a chaise-longue sofa, Smart TV with Netflix. High speed fiber broadband and WiFi. The dining space consists of a square table and 8 chairs. Next to the living room we have a toillet.
The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning (cold and hot), double glazing, has a blackout system in all rooms, bringing moments of peace and harmony. The water is heated by solar panel.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, combined fridge, hand blender, wine cellar.
The 5 rooms are spacious, all with private bathroom and equipped with air conditioning. The bathrooms are modern and full of character, with high quality materials.
On the GROUND FLOOR we have three bedrooms, all with a double bed, private bathroom with the measures and facilities for guests with reduced mobility, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, view and direct access to the pool area. The bathrooms have a shower, wall-hung washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
On the LOWER FLOOR, with plenty of natural light through its large windows, there are two bedrooms, a games room, a mini-bar and a service bathroom. We also have direct access to the outside.
The living room has a Smart TV with Netflix, a sofa, a games table and a mini-bar equipped with a fridge-freezer.
Bedroom 4: two single beds, private bathroom, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin.

On the UPPER FLOOR, we have the immense rooftop terrace overlooking the pool. The perfect place to rest. It is equipped with 4 sun loungers, armchairs and a side table and two suspended swings.
Outside, the private garden is quite spacious and equipped with 8 sun loungers. In the patio there is a set of sofas, a table and 10 chairs and a charcoal BBQ with a sink.
The pool can be heated and access is via stairs, it has a poolside shower and jacuzzi. The waterfall, which gave the house its name, works by clock and provides moments of fun for all guests.
