The space
The villa has a spacious area where you can relax yourself catching sun while watching the incredible beach/ocean view. It has lounge lawn area, also a really nice place to rest and enjoy. Parking lot with space for 2/3 cars. Barbecue area, etc. The villa is surrounded by pines and it is just near the coast and has direct access to the beach through a gate from the terrace. If you are looking for a beautiful and quiet place to stay, this is the right place.
Guest access
This is a private villa and the guest has total access. The access to the villa is through code system, so no house’s key needed.
Other things to note
The villa is near to everything you might need during your stay, you can find a supermarket just 15 min walking, restaurants 10 min walking, pharmacy 15 min walking and also many stores. If you hire a car it is more comfortable but yet not needed.
