The space
Phuket House is a spacious and welcoming villa located near Vilamoura Marina, ideal for guests seeking comfort, privacy and an excellent setting to enjoy the Algarve in a relaxed atmosphere.
The living room offers a bright and generous space designed for relaxing and social moments, with a pleasant flow to the rest of the house, creating a comfortable and functional environment throughout the stay.
The bedroom area provides space and flexibility for families or groups. The house features three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, ensuring comfort for all guests. All bathrooms are equipped with showers, offering practicality and convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped and designed to support everyday meals with ease and comfort during the holidays.
Outside, the property invites guests to enjoy the outdoor areas, perfect for relaxing and dining in a calm setting. The heatable pool (extra cost) allows guests to enjoy the water throughout different seasons, enhancing the outdoor experience.
Phuket House is located close to the beach, bars, restaurants and local services, five minutes walking distance from the beach and ten minutes from Vilamoura Marina.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Important Note: While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, it is important to keep in mind that certain external factors may be beyond our control. Situations such as nearby construction work, indoor or outdoor odors, noise from neighbors or animals in the surrounding area, as well as occasional interruptions to water or electricity supply, may occur. Additionally, due to the geographical and climatic characteristics of the region, the presence of insects is possible, despite the preventive measures in place.

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive an email via our booking system requesting secure authorisation of the payment. There is a mandatory booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9%, to be added to the cost.
Minimum/multiples 7 night stay, however this may be flexible in low season.
– The property is booked from 4 pm on your arrival day until 10 am on your departure day.
