The space
Villa Ocean is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve, combining comfort, elegance and a prime location near the beach.
The open space living and dining area is filled with natural light and offers a welcoming atmosphere with direct access to the outdoor space, ideal for socializing.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. This floor also includes a guest bathroom and a bathroom with a shower, ensuring convenience during your stay.
On the first floor there are two suites, one with two single beds and a private shower, and another with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub, providing peaceful and comfortable spaces.
The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living area, offering practicality and ease when preparing meals.
The lower floor features a games room with a pool table and foosball, as well as a guest bathroom, perfect for leisure moments without leaving the property.
Outside, you can enjoy the private pool, heatable pool (custo adicional), an outdoor dining area, lounge area and barbecue, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Algarve climate.
Villa Ocean is just a short walk from Praia dos Arrifes, as well as restaurants, bars and other attractions in Albufeira.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Important Note: While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, it is important to keep in mind that certain external factors may be beyond our control. Situations such as nearby construction work, indoor or outdoor odors, noise from neighbors or animals in the surrounding area, as well as occasional interruptions to water or electricity supply, may occur. Additionally, due to the geographical and climatic characteristics of the region, the presence of insects is possible, despite the preventive measures in place.

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive an email via our booking system requesting secure authorisation of the payment. There is a mandatory booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9%, to be added to the cost.
– The property is booked from 4 pm on your arrival day until 10 am on your departure day.
