Other things to note
The rental price includes the following:
• The right for the Guests to use the villa and all its facilities according to the holiday purposes of this agreement and only as specified by Decreto-Lei n.º 128/2014 of the Portuguese law;
• Electricity and water supplied during the stay (except charging electric cars);
• Air conditioning systems existing in the villa or other equivalent;
• Outdoor swimming pool;
• WiFi Internet and TV services;
• Bedding for the necessary beds and one set of bath and pool towels for each guest;
• Mid-week change of bath towels if the stay is at least longer than 6 nights;
• General cleaning at the beginning and at the end of the stay;
• Change of linen and general cleaning at the middle of the stay if guests are staying 10 nights or more;
• Initial consumables for the first couple usages of washing machine and dish washing machine, toilette paper, kitchen paper (further consumables are sourced by guests)
