This huge, old Quinta with 9 bedrooms (+ annex with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) is located in a magnificent location, on top of the cliff at the famous Praia da Marinha beach. The villa is situated on 29,000 m2 of private land and has an amazing view of the ocean and the beach. The house is surrounded by garden paths, flower beds, trees and shrubs.
The terrace is slightly higher located than the large private pool. There is also a spacious terrace around the private pool with plenty of sun beds.

This huge, old Quinta with 9 bedrooms is located in a beautiful location, on top of the cliff near the famous Praia da Marinha beach. The villa is on 29,000 m2 of private land and has a great view of the ocean and the beach. There is an electric gate with remote control, so you can safely park your car(s) on private property. From the villa, there is a private path to the beach. Many of the customers can hardly get enough of this idyllic picture.
The view from the garden is truly amazing. The house is surrounded by garden paths, flower beds, trees and shrubs.
The terrace is slightly higher located than the large private pool. There is also a spacious terrace around the private pool with plenty of sun beds.
There is naturally also a barbecue, several garden tables with chairs, and even a hammock available for you to relax in. The pool with sunbeds faces the south, so you are able to enjoy the sun all day.
On the same grounds, not far from the main villa, there is an annex with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, suitable for 6 people.

The entrance brings you into a spacious hall, adorned in the traditional manner of this old Quinta. If you turn to the left, you will enter the living room, where a view of the ocean through the sliding door will invite you to the terrace! In the living room there is a spacious corner sofa, with seating for about 13 people. There is additional seating next to the wood stove in the corner of the room. Near the corner windows, there is a table with chairs. Walking straight down the hall will take you into the dining room. In the dining room there is a table with 10 chairs and a table with 6 chairs, should you wish to eat inside.
Walking out through the sliding doors will lead you to the terrace. There are several seating areas on the terrace, so you can fully enjoy the view in the shade or delightfully in the sun! There are dining tables with chairs, a hammock and sun beds available on the terrace, as well as a seating area around the pillars. You can walk from the terrace to the private swimming pool using a staircase.
You can walk to the kitchen from both the hall and the dining room. The first room is for storage and there is also an extra refrigerator with freezer and a freezer. Located directly behind this, you will find a pantry, where you can make a nice cup of coffee or tea. You then walk through a door leading you to the kitchen, which is classically furnished, though still functional. A new large stove with a large oven has just been installed. There is also a large refrigerator with freezer and a microwave, and there is plenty of storage space all around.
The arrangement of the bedrooms from the top floor down is as follows:
Top floor:
Bedroom 1: double bed (1.40 m), two large fitted wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with shower in the bathtub, a wash basin, a toilet and a bidet. Lots of closet space under the sink.
Bedroom 2: two single beds with two spacious fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with shower in the bathtub, a wash basin, a toilet and a bidet.
Both bedrooms have a view of the sea.
Through the spiral staircase, it takes 19 steps to reach the second floor.
Bedroom 3: spacious bedroom with sea view, a double bed (1.40m), adjoining bathroom with shower in the bathtub, bidet, toilet and washbasin with lots of storage room.

Bedroom 4: two single beds and a fitted wardrobe. You can also enter the bathroom through the built-in closet.
From the ground floor, you take the spiral staircase to go downstairs.
Bedroom 5: two extra wide single beds, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. This bathroom is also suitable for those with disabilities. On request, we can also place a shower chair here. The bedroom is accessible from the outdoor terrace located on the ground floor. There is a low step to get here. Please note, this is not accessible.
Bedroom 6 has two single beds and a view overlooking the sea. There is a separate bathroom located on the landing, with toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower. Also there is a door to the terrace in the hallway.
Once again the spiral staircase takes you to the lowest floor which is at the pool level.
Bedroom 7 has two single beds, a large closet and a chest of drawers. The en-suite bathroom has a bidet, toilet, washbasin and shower.
Bedroom 8 is a walk-through room, with a single bed and a lot of closet space. This room gives access to the ninth bedroom.
Bedroom 9 has two single beds, en-suite bathroom with shower in bathtub, toilet, bidet and washbasin. This room has little storage space.
All bedrooms have natural daylight.

Outside:
A huge private area of 29,000 m2 with an electrically operated entrance gate. There is a spacious terrace adjacent to the living room, which is partially covered and where you can enjoy your meals together at the tables or relax in the hammock. A magnificent 180 degree view of the sea! There is a seating area with cushions around the pillar and steps leading you to the pool.
The large private pool faces south, and is surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas. The first shallow end of the swimming pool is 1 meter deep and extends for 5 meters. It is wonderful for the smaller kids to play in! You can easily get in and out of the pool via the Roman steps. In the deeper part, there is also a pool ladder for getting out of the water. A few steps from the pool, and you are at the gate from where you can see the beach.
From the garden, you have private access to the path leading to the beach.
