Guest access
The apartments are on ground floor only and the upper part of the building is not for rent.

MANDATORY BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
1000EUR PER BOOKING:
Paid to the owner two (2) weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
