The space
This luxurious villa has been lovingly designed to the most exacting contemporary standards and is filled with bespoke furniture, art and technology consistent with modern luxury living at the highest level.
On the basement level, you have an entertainment space which can be accessed by the main staircase. This area has TV, DVD, Bose sound system with IPOD connection. There is a fully equipped state of the art gymnasium with 100” plasma TV with CD/DVD player and sound system available. Next to the Gym there is a shower room. A pool table and a bar create a unique and socially active space.
Kitchen: The spacious kitchen has been designed to comprise the latest in technology with an inside breakfast bar and grill facility. The kitchen is fully equipped with 1 American fridge and 1 American fridge/freezer, 4 wine coolers, microwave, dishwasher, gas oven, steam oven, electric oven, large stove with gas burners, kettle, toaster, juice maker and Nespresso coffee machine.
Living Area: The generous main entrance Italian vaulted door opens into the expansive open plan living/dining area with 180-degree sea view, with a Baby Grand Piano and access to the covered Alfresco dining areas. The living room has IPTV available, Blue Ray and Bose sound system.
There is also a utility room with 3 washing machines and 3 tumble dryers, iron and iron board on the basement level.
Bedrooms: The villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms in the main house and 3 en-suite bedrooms in the guesthouse and is built in 2 levels. Within the ground floor you have a double bedroom (Bedroom 1) which has extensive views out to the sea and garden.
In the basement level you have 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 2 (Gold suite) has a double bed, bedroom 3 is an African themed suite with double bed. This room has a motorized glass ceiling which opens at the touch of a button, which then allows you to lie under the stars in bed. Bedroom 4 and 5 both have double beds.
The three bedrooms in the guest house are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.
Bathrooms: All 8 beautiful bedrooms have en-suites ranging from stunning shower rooms, to some with baths and shower. There is a guest toilet next to the hallway.
Outside: Villa Plage Grande is entered by a secured gated driveway to the front of the property with plenty of parking space. The covered terraces with professional gas BBQ feature magnificent dining tables enjoying panoramic views by day and the twinkling lights of local fishing boats by night. The pool is classically designed rectangular 16x6m infinity pool (chlorine free, saline system) constructed using the finest Italian Bisazza tiles shimmering in the sun. The pool has a motorized cover and can be heated (a supplement).
Rest awhile at the pool bar on the underwater bar stools or unwind in the poolside Jacuzzi. Plenty of sunbeds are available as well as 2 double beds, one with a permanent shade. Extensive wood decking provides more than enough lounging space set in mature gardens with manicured lawns.
On the edge of the cliff there is a public narrow path so sometimes some intrepid tourists may walk pass.
Maid Service: The rates include maid cleaning service Monday to Friday (5 days per week) except bank holidays. Bedroom linen is changed once a week and bathroom towels changed twice a week. The rates also include pool towels and air conditioning.

Other Information: Air con and WiFi throughout the villa. The villa is located at the top of a cliff overlooking the ocean and the boundaries of the property are really on the edge of the cliff, so for security reasons please do not step outside the fenced area.
