The space
Upon entering the villa, guests are led directly to the combined dining and living area. This spacious and comfortable room is ideal for hosting reunions around the dining table or for enjoying a movie on the television. The dining room is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen, ensuring easy access and a seamless flow. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for guests to prepare their meals throughout their stay.
The villa’s bedrooms are divided into two distinct areas. Above the dining and living room, a staircase connects two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the left side of the house, there are four bedrooms and three additional bathrooms, offering plenty of room for larger groups.
Additionally, the sixth bedroom is equipped with a unique feature, as it offers also a small separate living room and kitchenette, accessible either through the main area of the house or with a separate outside entrance, making it a great choice for those who prefer privacy or additional space. The bedroom can be considered a getaway suite for those seeking extra privacy within the group or an ordinary suite for those who prefer to stay close to others.

It is worth noting that all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, except for the getaway suite/apartment.

The area is perfect for hosting outdoor charcoal barbecues. Despite being private from the rest of the outdoor area, this dining area is also connected to the pool area, which is a sight to behold. The pool has a unique bean shape and is an ideal size for the property. The surrounding pool area is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and additional seating areas, providing ample space for all 12 guests to relax and soak up the sun.

Important Legal Considerations to Keep in Mind:
1. TOURIST TAX
A tourist tax is required by law in Lagoa, the city where we are located. This amount will be collected on the day of the check-in.
Who is entitled to pay?
– Everyone from the age of 13 years old (inclusive), regardless of nationality, and place of residence.
How much?
– 1€ per night in low season, up to a maximum of 7 nights (between the 1st of November to the 31st of March)
– 2€ per night in high season, up to a maximum of 7 nights (between the 1st of April to the 31st of October)
2. SEF FOREIGN DEPARTMENT
The personal details of each guest will be required, to be submitted to the Foreign Department (SEF), as demanded by Portuguese law.
