Villa Nemo was completely rebuilt in 2016, and has all the privacy you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The kitchen and living rooms are open space, and completely open to the outside, also having dining and living areas in the shade of a pergola, adjacent to the rooms, and also small garden spaces next to the rooms
Children can play on the lawn, refreshed by the shade of pine trees. In the garden, a very comfortable outdoor suite.
The space
The house was decorated with special pieces, highlighting the contemporary painting, always thinking about a connection between the exterior and interior spaces. The beautiful pool will provide you with very pleasant hours of sunshine. The exterior also has shaded seating areas to rest during the hottest hours.
Guest access
All areas of the house can be used. Two cabinets and some drawers are closed, as they contain the owner’s personal belongings.
Other things to note
As of November 1, 2024, stays in the municipality of Loulé will have to pay a tourist tax that works as follows:
High season – between April 1 and October 31, a fee of €2 per person (16 years of age or older) per day will be charged, up to a maximum of 5 days. Stays longer than 5 days will not be charged for the remaining days.
Low season – November 1 to March 31, the rule is the same but the fee is €1.
During your stay, you will have a mid-week cleaning, with a change of towels. Daily cleaning is possible, with 30 days’ notice in the summer season, and 15 days’ notice the rest of the year.
The pool can be heated, at a weekly cost of €500
Meal service at home is possible, with 30 days’ prior contact in July and August and 15 days in the remaining months of the year. Meals can be partially prepared at the house or delivered fully ready. Prices and payments will be handled with the catering company, not included in the house services.
