The space
Situated on an 18000 square foot plot of land, this 6000 square foot property features a pool, four ensuite bedrooms, five full bathrooms, two living rooms, with one of them doubling as a fifth full bedroom at ground level for accessibility with its own full bathroom across a hallway, one fully equipped kitchen with its own dining and bar areas, one luxuriously equipped indoor dining area, two large outdoor dining areas, two outdoor coal barbecue grills, four ensuite terraces, one furnished breakfast terrace, one furnished rooftop observation terrace with unobstructed 360 degree views of the coast and mountains of both Spain and Portugal, and an abundance of ground level outdoor spaces, including outdoor exclusive parking for up to eight large cars located inside the property perimeter. Being a recent construction, the property’s decoration and finishings feature all modern touches and materials, though its style reflects motifs inspired by the intersection of coastal southern Portugal and southern Africa. The property is fully furnished and equipped with every luxury and convenience item that can be expected. All bedding is Egyptian cotton, all bath towel sets made of cotton hand woven in Portugal, and all bathrooms are equipped with Rituals toiletries. Truly, Villa Golden Jubilee is conceived to be an entertainer’s paradise, ideal for large groups of friends as well as large families. The kitchen and eating areas feature multiple sets of wine glasses, cocktail glasses of all kinds, very complete table and silverware sets, a stainless steel gas cooktop and oven, as well as all standard appliances in stainless steel as well. Truly, no expense was spared and no thought to add more and more to the property was ignored. In the kitchen and bar areas, guests will be able to enjoy all kinds of conveniences, from a French crepe maker, a cocktail preparation set, a Nespresso machine, as well as multiple other appliances and cooking items. Both outdoor dining areas feature seating for up to 10 guests each, with one being situated on the third floor rooftop terrace and another at ground level between the pool area and the indoor kitchen. Guest access
Guests will be able to access every outdoor and indoor part of the property, except for the garage, pool machine room, one closet on the first floor, and an attic space on the second floor of the house. These areas will remain locked and are off limits at all times, as they are functional storage and logistics areas. All other areas are to be used by guests at their entire pleasure.
Other things to note
By booking the property, guests assume full responsibility and liability for any accidents or injuries of any kind whatsoever that happen within the property perimeter, including all indoor and outdoor areas of the property, during their booking period, with this covering any member of the group that was booked or guest that was welcomed at the property by the booked guests during their entire stay. Guests should note that even though the entire property perimeter is gated and fenced for protection and privacy, the pool, though located inside the property fences and gates, is not gated or fenced from within the property perimeter. By booking this property, guests assume the responsibility for taking care that any underage children or adults unable to swim are supervised during the entire time at the property so as to ensure the pool remains safe for everyone. Guests also should supervise any underage children using any and all balconies or terraces as there are risks to using them. Guests are strictly forbidden from sitting down on top of balcony or terrace walls or rail guards at all times. All areas of the property comply with local building regulations and are safe to use. However, by booking the property and for the entire time of the reservation, any and all liabilities are released by the property owners and managers and assumed by the guests who are booked on the reservation. Guests assume full responsibility for ensuring that all gates and doors providing access to the property perimeter remain closed at all times when not in use. Guests assume full responsibility for any liabilities incurred as a result of having left any gate or door to the property open. Guests must also ensure that all doors and sliding window doors to the house remain closed and locked when guests leave the property perimeter for any period of time. Guests are also informed that there is CCTV surveying all outdoor areas of the property located at ground level, including the pool area. There are no CCTV systems or surveillance systems of any kind whatsoever located inside the house itself in any of the indoor spaces or on any balconies and terraces located on the first, second and third floors of the property. Guests are encouraged to ask any and all questions pertaining to safety prior to booking the reservation so as to ensure all knowledge has been duly assimilated and to ensure the property can be used safely. Guests are also encouraged to ask any and all questions pertaining to safety issues and any other issues of concern at any time until their date of checkin and during their checkin. After checkin and until checkout, the owners of the property and managers of the property are released from any and all liabilities incurred during the booked period of the reservation. Guests are also informed that at checkin, a one page release of liability form will be provided to be signed by guests so as to authorize owners and managers to be released from any and all liabilities, at which point guests assume full responsibility for any liabilities incurred until checkout.
