The villa is located in a quiet, upscale residential area, just a few minutes’ walk from the Carvoeiro Tennis and Padel Club, which offers a gym, a café, and various other sports activities. The cliffs are within walking distance and offer magnificent hiking trails with views of the impressive coastline.

PARTIES/FILMING and ANY COMMERCIAL USE of the Villa are PROHIBITED under penalty of eviction and prosecution.
The interior areas of the Villa are strictly NON-SMOKING.
Pets are prohibited in the house.
The check-in procedure includes the registration of a guarantee (not charged) and copies of travelers’ identity documents for local authorities.
Towels and bed linen are included in the booking price, as well as arrival and departure cleaning, and intermediate cleaning for stays longer than one week.
