The space

In our south-facing, comfortable house, you can relax and unwind while observing and connecting with nature.
Every day, you can wake up to the Algarvian sunrise, enjoy the stunning view, and take a morning swim in the pool. You can sit back and relax with a glass of wine in the comfortable lounge space near the pool, taking in the view and the sunset.
Interior – Comfort & Cosiness
The common space’s open-plan design combines the living room and dining room, integrating the area with a roofed terrace and a scenic view.
Large windows bring views of the authentic Algavian landscape and the beauty of nature to the house’s interior.
The interior is spacious and cosy. The house is tastefully decorated with vintage designer furniture and modern comfort pieces.
The house features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a newly renovated kitchen, a spacious living room, and a dining room with a breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean and surrounding hills.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (fridge, freezer, induction cooktop, ventilation hood, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher). Guests can use pots, pans, various kitchen utensils, plates, cups, and wine glasses.
The house has Wi-Fi internet, Netflix, a selection of books, magazines, and board games. Every corner of the indoor and outdoor space offers a cosy spot for relaxation for you to enjoy.
The interior space is comfortable and cosy. The air conditioning is available in every room for cooling in summer and heating in winter.
Exterior – Sun, shade & Relaxation
The outdoor space features a private pool, a patio with exotic plants, and a natural, dry Algarvian garden with local trees and plants.
Outside, the scenic view can be enjoyed from the terrace, rooftop and patio, which is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. The pool contains spring water and is maintained with a reduced amount of chemicals.
Nature & Peacefulness
Our house is a sanctuary of tranquillity. It’s a place where you can clear your mind, relax, recharge your batteries, and enjoy peace and privacy without any disturbances.
Our place will be ideal for a couple, two couples, or a family of three or four to enjoy a peaceful holiday together.
Location – Close to amenities
Our house is nestled in a small enclave of a few villas (distant from each other), surrounded by authentic Algarvian nature. Our neighbourhood has a few nice paths nearby for morning or evening walks. The area is a natural habitat of chameleons, and you might be lucky enough to spot one!
The location in the heart of the Algarve gives you easy access to many tourist attractions, beautiful beaches, charming towns, villages, restaurants, bars, golf courses, supermarkets, and commercial centres (10-15 min by car). The free highway entrance is just 5 minutes away.
*The current price is the low-season price.
Guest access
You can use the entire property—the house, the rooftop, the pool, and the garden—except for the garage building and one built-in wardrobe in the second bedroom.

Find your home away from home!
This house is not a typical vacation rental house or “airbnb” as you know it. You will stay in a family house that we are making into our dream home in the near future.
This house is comfortable, filled with modern daily living elements as well as unique design pieces, and we kindly ask all guests to treat them with care during their stay.
This house will only be available for rent for a limited period of time, so please enjoy it while you can. 🙂
There is a tourist tax that we need to collect from all the guests visiting the Algarve – it is paid in cash upon arrival. High Season: March 1st – October 31st €2.00 per person per night.
Low Season: November 1st – February 28th/29th €1.00 per person per night.
Maximum charge: The maximum tax for a single stay is equivalent to 7 consecutive nights (e.g., max €14 in high season, max €7 in low season).
The location is in the countryside, so you will need a car, but it’s very close to towns, supermarkets, restaurants and even a shopping centre (10 min).
This is a perfect place for those who don’t want to be surrounded by urban infrastructure, loud streets, busy roads, tourist facilities, and people.
The house is suitable for a maximum of 4 guests. The introductory price is for two guests. For 3 or 4 guests, the price slightly increases (there is a fee).
All guests must be registered on the booking. No other people are allowed to stay in the house.
For parents with little kids – this house has a few places with steps, terraces and a pool. Children must be supervised at all times in these areas for their safety.
The pool doesn’t have a protective fence. It is featured in several photos – so we kindly ask guests to determine for themselves if this is suitable for their children.
Camper vans are not allowed for stays in the property or near the property.
We do not give permission for camper vans to do any maintenance on our property, including using our electric power or water.
