Sleeps 23- 50. 11 bedrooms + 9 Bathrooms, lovely spacious Luxury Villa with Tennis court, Mini-golf, Futsall, Coverpool, air-conditioned and private heated pool and Jacuzzi, sauna, large garden, pool table, ping-pong table, gymnastic area, relaxing massage and cook. Peaceful but only a 5-minute drive to beaches, shops, markets and the busy nightlife of Albufeira. The shopping centre is a 5-minute drive.

Located just a 5-minute (Villa isolated is walled and gated) drive from the beaches, Zoomarine, Algarve Shopping with cinemas, old town, market, shops, supermarket and marina. The property is completely private with a large garden with plenty of space for children to play, a games room with a pool table, ping-pong table, gambling table, football table, gymnastic mountain bike (free), Chess table, Playstation, the game of arrows, TV LCD satellite, books. Villa with air-conditioning, private heated pool (for the sole use of guests with 12m x 4.5m,) and Jacuzzi (spa with Coverpool protects covert protect them from bullet rays and also provides security for their children, closing the coverage they will not enter the pool without your permission). The games room has a gambling table, PlayStation with karaoke and chess, and a fabulous pool table that provides endless fun hours. We have additional photos; please ask for details. Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. The schedule of the entrance to the Villa is after 4 pm. And the exit of the Villa is until10 amm.

Welcome Pack on arrival. The grounds are extensive and enclosed by hedges making it a secure place for children to play.
Accessibility
The Villa has steps to access the room and the upstairs bedroom. However, only the fourth Afric, next to a large bathroom,m has conditions for the use of wheelchairs. The Villa is on a level, helping to offset throughout the area. We’ve had customers with wheelchairs and have had no problems with their displacement during your stay. Outside
Large sun terraces, BBQ, chillout, spacious gardens (1000m2) for a relaxing holiday. The Villa has a roof terrace with beautiful views of distant mountains and ocean. There is a perfect BBQ. The private pool is 4,5 x 12 m—outdoor furniture (tables, chairs, lounge).
We have a small polo sport 25 x 18 meters (tennis, futsal outdoor, basketball, skating for use only by guests of the Villa Ania—mini-golf with 30x20mt.
Coast/Beach
This Villa is only 5/10 minutes from many of the Algarve’s finest beaches. Albufeira, with its shops, restaurants and bar,s is very popular with a golden sand beach. If you crave privacy, y a very short drive away is some of Europe’s most beautiful, secluded, sandy beaches and coves.

Of the 20 + Algarve golf courses,s the nearest are:
Salgados (18 hole) – 10minutes.
Vale de Milho (9 hole) – 10min.

Distances
From the vill, there is easy access to the E125, which runs the length of the Algarve,e giving the benefit of all the attractions of the Algarve: 5 theme parks (Splash and Slide, Aqualand, Wet and Crazy World and Zoo Marine – the dolphin show is excellent!). The Algarve Shopping Centre is a 5 minutes drive with its hypermarket, boutiques and numerous restaurants offering a variety of cuisine and multiscreen cinema providing most films in English.
