From the street entrance, you will reach the terrace at the main entrance via 6 steps.
Entrance: spacious hall with guest toilet, football table, access to living room, kitchen and stairs.
Living room: 2 comfortable sofas with a large flat-screen TV. Access to the terrace at the front, equipped with a lovely lounge set and with beautiful sea views. Dining table with chairs, access to the pool terrace. Access to the kitchen. Living room is air-conditioned.
Kitchen: modern kitchen with electric hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker from Dolce Gusto (cups), large fridge/freezer combination.
Bedroom 1: two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) and bathroom en-suite. Air conditioning.

Outside (front): Terrace on the ground floor at the front with beautiful views over the harbor of Albufeira and the sea beyond.
On the second floor, the front bedrooms both have a terrace with stunning view of the ocean.
On the third floor there is another kind of roof terrace with stunning views.
Outside (back): Swimming pool of 9 x 4.5 meters, 80 -160 cm depth, equipped with Roman stairs. Around the pool there are 10 sun loungers available and a parasol. There are plenty of shade areas available. A large outdoor table with 12 or, if desired, 14 chairs. Large barbecue with sink, water, and 2 sockets.
The double bedroom at the back has its own terrace with views over Albufeira’s countryside.
