Luxury villa with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, close to the “Old Village”.

On the ground floor is the spacious, air-conditioned living room and dining room for 8 people. Access to the covered terrace area with outdoor furniture, garden and swimming pool.
Fully equipped kitchen and access to the patio, with a dining table for 10 people and a barbecue grill.
There is also 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, air conditioning.

On the first floor of the house are the other 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 2: double bed in suite, balcony with small garden, air-conditioning.
Bedroom 3: double bed in suite, balcony overlooking the pool, air-conditioning.
Bedroom 4: two single beds en-suite, balcony overlooking the pool, air-conditioning.
The lower level has a TV room with a sofa, Playstation, ping-pong table, game table and mini bar. The 5th and 6th bedrooms are also on the lower level.

Outside there is a large saltwater pool (13m x 4m) with a depth of 140 cm and access with Roman steps with water quality monitor, outdoor shower, deck, 8 sun loungers and a large umbrella. Outdoor Jacuzzi included.

HEATED POOL at an additional cost of 360 euros per week.
It has a central alarm system inside, a blackout system and solar panels.
