3 years agoI received the BEST customer service one could ever possibly hope for from Luis, the owner/operator of toursexplorer! I booked a kayaking tour but because of train strikes in Portugal, I missed the tour I was supposed to be on. He took MUCH time-and a lot of trouble--to rebook me on a second, later tour. He was kind, personable, SO very helpful...really bending over backward to assist me and help rectify the most unfortunate circumstances around the booking. This will be my go-to service from now on!!! I highly recommend this company for ALL your touring experiences!

3 years agoThere was a mix up between the we booking agent for our boat and kayak tour to Benagil Caves but thanks to Luis Vitor for working so hard to find alternatives he got us on the best tour with Seasirens Tours. It was great, knowledgeable guides great staff, amazing kayaking experience as well as the boat, thanks for a great afternoon
