The space
WELCOME to the huge property of 41,000 m², which is completely secured by a wall/fence and offers an incredible amount of privacy for our guests (you are the sole user). Access is via the entrance gate with remote control. Here you can reach the large forecourt with free parking. You can also drive directly in front of the villa’s main entrance or to the side of the pool – so you can bring the suitcases etc. more conveniently (shortcut) to the room.
The villa has 2 living floors (without garage/storage room in the basement). On the first floor there is the spacious entrance hall, 4 bedrooms (No: 3-6), the living room, dining room, guest toilet and kitchen. From bedrooms no. 3+4, as well as the living and dining room, you can directly access the pool area or the outdoor dining area with a covered terrace. Everything is wheelchair accessible here.
Each bedroom on the first floor has its own en-suite bathroom.
The well-furnished, spacious kitchen leads to the courtyard. Here you can hang/dry laundry or otherwise linger.
On the 2nd floor is the master bedroom no. 1 with a huge terrace (about 60 m²) and awning, sun loungers, pillows and a great panorama of the sea and the countryside. This bedroom is directly connected to the large walk-in closet.
Bedroom No. 2 is also on the upper floor. It has a practical, covered terrace, garden furniture and a breathtaking view.
The two upper rooms share the classic, spacious bathroom (exclusive handmade tiles in typical Portuguese style) with bathtub, bidet, toilet and 2 sinks.
On the 2nd floor you can still use additional wardrobes.
For our little guests, there are 2 cribs from “Chicco” in 120 x 70 cm and 2 high chairs also from “Chicco” 65 x 45 cm, height adjustable 85-102 cm
All bedrooms have their own air conditioning, which can also be used for heating or dehumidifying. There is also a safe in each bedroom (you can choose the numerical code individually). All mattresses/beds are very comfortable. In 4 bedrooms, the beds can be combined (200 × 200 cm king size) or used individually (100 × 200 cm). The master bedroom has a king size bed with 200 × 200 cm and bedroom no. 6 has a queen size bed with 180 × 200 cm – If you need more or different pillows, please contact us – we have other pillows to choose from.
In the villa, a “Securitas” alarm system is installed, which you can deactivate or activate yourself.
If you like to play table tennis/ping pong – no problem, our new and professional system is ready for you and your guests!
Our existing Bluetooth speaker box Sony SRS-XG300 can be used and listen to music etc. from your mobile phone.
The villa is built in typical Algarve style. Many ceramic plates are handmade. The furnishings are adapted to the “Alentejo.” Many pieces of furniture are unique pieces. Some things are renovated but not everything is new to maintain the typical character. Our guests appreciate the charm of the villa, the tranquility, the generous space of the complex/pool/rooms/rooms and the proximity to the sea and the town of “Carvoeiro”
Guest access
Guests can use the entire villa and garden (except the garage and 4 small technical rooms, but these are closed)
Other things to note
The pool, newly built in 2023, is about 16 x 5 m and 2.4 m deep. It can be heated on request with a modern, environmentally friendly heat pump (only from April to October)- the costs are at the expense of the guests and are at least €500.00 (after a week €60.00/day). In the pool there is also a counter-current system and an led underwater lighting with different selectable colors, built for every mood.
From now on, you can also enjoy the great, spacious jacuzzi (whirlpool) all year round. The magnificent view will delight you, yet you are completely protected from prying eyes outside our property!! Costs for the use incl. Heating €300/week (after one week €30/day).

The municipality of Carvoeiro/Lagoa has introduced a tourist tax since May 2024. This is €2/night for adults and children from the age of 13. Children are free up to 12 years old,. The fee, which we then have to pay to the municipality, will be charged or charged in cash at check-in. Please have cash ready, thank you.
