The space
Set amongst its own ancient Olive, Carob and Almond trees this beautifully presented property is comfortable and well equipped. Entering the property via a traditional front door you will find yourself in a large square hallway off which all rooms flow. The generous sitting room is light and airy with French doors to the outside area. The beautifully presented dining room flows off the sitting room and is an ideal space for entertaining friends and family with a large dining table and sideboards further french doors open out to the Pool area.
The Pool is undoubtedly the focus of this charming villa, with areas of shade provided by an ancient Holme Oak Tree. The setting is south and west facing so there is always the perfect spot in which to relax in either the sun or shade.
There are four bedrooms. Two large doubles at ground floor, one Super-King and one twin, both with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom, with a Super-King bed is located at first floor also with its own ensuite bathroom, that includes a bath with shower over. All the bedrooms are ensuite, fitted with, showers, sinks and WC’s. There are baths in two of the ensuite bathrooms, one at ground floor and one in the master bathroom. The fourth bedroom is found on the first floor and is a small double. All linen and towels are of the highest quality.
A separate cloakroom is found off the main hallway.
The kitchen benefits from a breakfast area and is well equipped. There is a rear larder which houses the fridge and has ample larder storage. The kitchen also opens out to the pool area, ideal.
The property has the benefit of a first floor terrace that overlooks the surrounding countryside with distant views down to the Sea.

Other things to note
The garden is in its infancy, with plans to extend the existing planting areas with more Mediterranean and drought tolerant species – an exciting project – the environment is important to us. We have installed a lovely area of soft astro turf, which as it does not require watering goes a small way into water conservation. There are some electricity cables that overfly part of the garden.
All the bathrooms have been updated for the 2025 season. The property has the benefit of solar panels.
