Next to Vilamoura 15 mns from Albufeira. It’s our family vacation home which we are pleased to share with our guests when not residing. Fully private, no overlooking neighbors, garden of Eden, located to fully enjoy the surrounding area and then close the gates and be in paradise.
The space
Kitchen/dining room with direct access to terrace with built in barbecue. Large living space that opens onto separate terraces with view of pool (heated at extra cost) and garden. 3 large bedrooms each with full bathroom (2 ensuite) in Algarvian mosaic and marble. Separate study which can serve as 4th bedroom. Large grassy areas with cork, palm and olive trees, garden fountains, man made pond, gazebo.

Other things to note
Bed linens, bath and pool towels are provided at your arrival. The cleaning charge included in the reservation price is only for the exit cleaning after your stay. If you have additional cleaning requirements during your stay and/or require a weekly change of linens, this can be arranged for at an extra charge. Please do let us know if you require this additional service well in advance of your arrival so we can make the arrangements to meet your needs. The pool and gardens are taken care of during the week by our gardner, Sr. Nunes (pronounced Nunesse) and his wife. They are very discreet and have our entire confidence. Please respect them and their work.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Please do not use the garden as an ashtray and use the outside ashtrays provided while taking heed of the extremely dry environment.
