The space
The property has a garden, with a sea view from the terraces. The accommodation is spacious and is fully air-conditioned.
The living room, with Smart TV, leads to the dining room and veranda. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. All 5 bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom.
At the heart of Villa Sunkiss is the outdoor terrace and swimming pool. The area includes a pergola ideal for outdoor entertaining. There is a terrace with Sea views accessed from the dining room where you will find tables and chairs for outdoor dining. There is a further terrace on the first floor with another nice view of the sea.
The large swimming pool is 12 x 4.5 meters with depths ranging from 0.90 m to 2.15m and is heatable (optional). Surrounding the pool is a sun bathing terrace with sun loungers.

Guest have access to the private swimming pool and its terrace and adjacent garden, the complete ground floor and sun terrace on the first floor.
