The space
***The neighbours have started to build a house behind Villa Maritima, Heated Pool, Contemporary, this is the opposite side to all the main living and relaxing areas, whilst we cannot be sure if work will be ongoing during your stay, there is a possibility there may be some noise during your stay.
As a result the owner is offering a 10% discount to your rental price to compensate for 2025 reservations***
Guest access
Upon booking we will send you a booking form and bed setup form, as well as contact via our own admin systems. We need all information completed as as possible, as we have to plan for your arrival as far as possible ahead of time to give you the best experience out of rental property. We offer a great personal service, once booked the communication via Airbnb and third party systems starts and can reached very easily via messages.
Bookings from 23 July 2023, pool heating is included in the price
There is a €1000 cash breakages deposit required which needs to be paid on arrival at the villa, we will return within 48 hours of your departure via bank transfer, subject to any breakages.
Other things to note
Now compulsory as by Portuguese law for all the clients staying in a AL registered property to pay a tourist tax. We are obliged to collect on arrival in cash 2 euros per person applicable to all aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 days. We in turn then have to pay the Portuguese authorities as instructed to us by them.
