A Casa is the main house of the orange farm and is suitable for 4 guests (kids ONLY from 10 yrs, baby allowed)
Fully renovated with Portuguese charm and a private garden with terrace to relax, read a book, have bbq dinners or just chill in the hammock.
The pool and rooftop terrace are the heart of the guesthouse and is a short walk from A Casa. This is shared with only two other accommodations on the farm so it is always very calm.
Feel free to walk around and pick fruits from our bio orchard.
The space
The kitchen has a 5 hob SMEG induction plate with 3 ovens, a SIEMENS dishwasher and everything to prepare a full meal. You will also find a big fridge/freezer for all your groceries and cold drinks.
The living room has a comfortable sofa (also bed for 2 sleepers 140x200cm) and a TV with Netflix and a fireplace for cozy winter days.
The bedroom has a comfortable bed of 180x200cm. and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, walk in shower and wash basin.
For our remote workers we offer a separate office space with work desk, comfortable chair and fast internet. From the kitchen you go into your private garden with dining table, hammock and lounge chairs.
Guest access
In Luz de Tavira, a traditional little village on the coast of Eastern Algarve, we run an organic citrus orchard (1 hectare) with small guesthouse with three accommodations. The farm, guesthouse and salt water pool (3x7meters) with roof terrace is in the middle of the land so you are surrounded by trees.
At our roof terrace with sea view you have an incredible sunset every evening and for the early birds, the sun coming up is just a magical moment of the day. Guests are free to pick any fruit of the season from the orchard. We have oranges, clementinas, lemons, avocados, pomegranate, grapes, kaki fruit, apples, apricots and pears. Every season has it’s fruit. Feel free to pick! There are daily (free) fresh eggs available from our chickens and ducks.
Other things to note
There will be ‘singing’ of our roosters all day 🙂
