The space
The apartment is part of an old traditional building/condominium, very well located facing the sea, surrounded by beaches, cafes, restaurants, bars and useful services.
The apartment’s interior has been completely renovated, so you’ll have all the comfort you need for a fascinating summer vacation or a getaway as a couple.
The bedroom has a double bed (140×200), wardrobe, mirror and a window.
The living room has A/C, elegant and comfortable sofas and a Smart TV with international channels, Netflix, Prime Video and Youtube. It has direct access to the balcony with a fantastic view of the sea/beach.
In the same area is the kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, freezer, coffee machine with Dolce Gusto capsules, microwave, electric hob, toaster, kettle and various utensils.
The bathroom is complete with shower, toilet and sink.
There is also a storage cupboard with a washing machine.
The apartment has a free Wi-Fi connection, perfect for leisure and business or smart-working.
Guest access
Guests have access to a private apartment located in a building/condominium. Sea and public beach just a few meters away.
Other things to note
There is a balcony with a railing that is not suitable for children.
We provide bath and face towels, shower gel and other complimentary items. In July and August we also provide beach towels.
